From the farm to your production

Farm and producer visits
We visit growers and processors in person: fields, harvest, drying, distillation and storage. We work only with producers we have seen.

Supplier approval
Each producer is approved on its certificates, its quality system and a pre-shipment sample before the first order.

Lab testing of every batch
Every batch is sampled and tested in accredited laboratories before it is released for sale.

Own facility
Goods are received, checked, stored, repacked and labelled in our own facility under controlled conditions.

Full documentation
Certificate of analysis, safety data sheet, specification and organic certificate are issued for the exact batch you receive.

Traceability and delivery
Each batch is traceable to its producer and harvest. We deliver across the EU and handle import and export documents.
What we test
Depending on the product, lab tests cover:
- Identity and purity (GC-MS profile for essential oils)
- Pesticide residues
- Heavy metals: lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic
- Microbiology: total plate count, yeasts and moulds, E. coli, Salmonella
- Mycotoxins (aflatoxins, ochratoxin A) and PAH where relevant
- Physical and sensory: colour, odour, moisture, particle size, density

What counts as wholesale
- Essential oils: from 1 kg per product
- Carrier oils: from 5 kg per product
- Food ingredients, herbs and spices: quantities on request
- Smaller quantities are retail orders
