Who we are

What we collect
What you send through the contact and quote forms: name, email, phone, company and your message. Visit statistics and cookies are explained below.
Why
To answer your message and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps, art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Visit statistics
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are useful: the page, the site you came from, country, device and browser type, and whether an enquiry was sent. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. A visitor is recognised only by a one-way code made from the request, which is deleted after 24 hours, so we see totals, not people. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Language by country
On your first visit we show the site in the language of your country: German, French, Bulgarian or English. For this our hosting provider tells the site only the country of your IP address for that one request; we do not store it. You can change the language at any time at the top of the page; your choice is then kept in the ldo_lang cookie (see Cookies).
Cookies for statistics and advertising (only with your consent)
If you allow them in the cookie window, we use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel. They set cookies in your browser and send the provider data about your visit: pages, device, an online identifier, your IP address and whether you sent an enquiry (not its content). Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of the site; this does not affect earlier processing. The providers may transfer data to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Where it is stored and for how long
Messages are stored in a database in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). The site is hosted by Vercel. We keep messages for up to 24 months, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Write to us. You can also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
