Who do you sell to?
Manufacturers of natural cosmetics, pharmacy and herbal products, food producers, private-label brands and resellers. We sell wholesale; our retail matcha is sold under the Satori Sip brand.
What is the minimum order?
Essential oils from 1 kg per product, carrier oils from 5 kg, food ingredients, herbs and spices on request. Smaller quantities are possible as samples.
How do I get prices?
Prices follow the harvest and the market and are updated monthly. Use the form on any product page or send us your list, and we will email you prices within 24 hours.
Is every batch lab tested?
Yes. Every batch is tested in accredited laboratories before it is released. Depending on the product: identity and purity, pesticides, heavy metals, microbiology, mycotoxins and physical parameters.
Which documents do you provide?
Certificate of analysis (COA), safety data sheet (SDS / MSDS), specification (TDS), organic certificate for certified products, allergen and GMO statements, and origin and import documents.
Can I get a sample?
Yes, for most products. Tell us the product and your company details and we will send a sample with its documents.
Where do your raw materials come from?
From producers we have approved and, wherever possible, visited in person, in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. Every batch is traceable to its producer.
Do you import and export?
Yes. We import directly from producers and deliver across the EU. For other destinations we arrange export documents on request.
Do you offer private label and custom packaging?
Yes. We repack and label in our own facility, from small packs to drums and bags.
How fast do you deliver?
Products in stock usually ship within a few working days. Lead times for other products are confirmed with the offer.
